I’ve been receiving a lot of questions regarding getting a Philippine passport here in the Philippines. As we all know, wala ng available dates for online passport appointment.

I’ve had my fair share of lining up there before,so I knew na napakahirap talaga. Wala pang kasiguraduhan na makakapag apply ka the same day.

That means, you can just walk-in, no more hassle at no need to pay hidden agencies/people para lang makapag apply ng passport.

Who are permitted to use courtesy lane?

Based on DFA website, these are the persons that can use Courtesy Lane for faster processing of documents:

  • Regular government employees / with GSIS / appointed by Civil Service Commission

How to get Philippine passport via Courtesy Lane

Ang requirements lang ay:

  1. Job contract
  2. OEC / IDOLE
  3. Plane ticket

If meron ka ng tatlong requirements, congratulations!

You don’t need an appointment anymore and you can just walk in! How good is that? 😊

Based on my very own experience, we used the courtesy lane kasi I have a 6 year old and a months old kiddos.

The overall process ay smooth at mabilis. I will give my two thumbs up for DFA Aseana for that.

The requirements for kids and infants ay isang NSO birth certificate lang (with a photocopy) at your valid IDs or passport as her/his guardian/parent . Yes, you read it right. If your kid is already a student, just bring his/her student ID,na titignan lang din naman nila.

We applied passport last May 2017, I renewed my passport that time so tinignan lang nila yung passport ko at humingi ng isang photocopy.

Sa partner ko naman, he is a new applicant kaya my partner just show his driver’s license and they just ask for a photocopy of it too.

Wala ng masyadong kiyeme, like the last time I applied (2013) which I was asked to produce my TOR,VRR etc.

Reminder:
